What does Copper Aerial Closure stand for? 


    DESCRIPTIONS    

Copper aerial closure (TP-1717-400) is the mechanical type enclosure, which is the interface between trunk cable and distribution cables. It is only used for aerial environment.
 
The copper aerial closure is a single-piece one, easily installed in construction or maintenance. The one piece construction permits complete splice access after placement without removal of the enclosure.
 
The durable enclosure will not crack or break even in harshest environment.
 
Use the rubber ends seals in new construction by measuring the cable and cutting the appropriate ring. For existing cables, simply slit the end seal from outside and tear out the center section. An additional drop can be added by puncturing the smaller circles in the front side of the end seal. RES are offered in one, two and three-port configurations.
